Yoga & Mobility

“So, what do you teach?”

My classes are a combination of yoga, strength and mobility training. It isn’t my goal to get you into some freaky pose that makes you look like a contortionist.

I’m here to help you move your body the way YOU want to move it.

Whether you’re a yogi, scientist, cyclist, construction worker or tennis pro, I can give you the tools you need to perform better and feel better.

Yes, my classes will challenge you and push you. But that doesn’t mean that they’ll be complicated or unattainable!

I don’t care if you’re 20 or 80. Together, we can build you a happier, healthier body.

Mobility vs. Flexibility

In yoga, we often romanticize and eroticize the idea of flexibility. And sure, flexibility is great, but flexibility without strength is… well, useless.

Let’s get real: it doesn’t matter if you can do the splits if you don’t have the strength to get out of them!

I’m here to take your passive range, i.e. your flexibility, and make it active – giving you the strength you need to MOVE within that range. That’s mobility!

My Philosophy

Sure, I’ve made fitness an integral part of my life. Am I vegan? No. Do I enjoy the occasional hangover? Yes.

I believe that life is about balance, and above all else, that it is meant to be enjoyed.

This is a safe, judgement-free space for you to move, breathe and achieve.
